The 18 holes of pristine carpet like fairways are laid with a mixture of grasses, Rye, Kentucky Blue, Bent and Fescue make with the mixture; the green’s are a smooth Bent grass.
The Links space has been modelled on the very best aspects of Ireland and Scotland’s courses, taking inspiration on what works best. The idea behind owner Dr Hasso Plattner was to create some of envy for the entire world, rival the rankings of the world’s best courses, and it has; it’s come a long way seeing as though it was an old airfield not so many years ago.
